Knowledge is power—especially when it comes to health. That’s why CTF leads culturally responsive health education campaigns designed to inform, empower, and engage African diaspora communities around key public health topics. From chronic disease prevention and mental health support to COVID-19 outreach and maternal wellness, our programs are designed to meet people where they are—linguistically, culturally, and geographically.
We work directly with community leaders, churches, schools, and grassroots organizations to host workshops, health fairs, and information sessions that are interactive, welcoming, and grounded in cultural context. Our materials are available in multiple languages and crafted to resonate with diverse learning styles and lived experiences.
More than just raising awareness, our programs help people make informed health decisions, recognize symptoms early, and understand how to access the resources available to them. When communities are informed, they are better equipped to advocate for themselves and create a ripple effect of health literacy and empowerment across generations.
